It presents a clear ruby colour. Aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries together with balsamic notes. In the mouth, elegant tannins, great freshness and some spicy nuances can be felt. A very involving wine. The grapes were kept in cold storage for 12 hours and then taken by gravity to the fermentation tanks. Vinification took place in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged for 12 months in oak casks, followed by 8 months in concrete vats.
