Intense and deep ruby color. Very concentrated aroma on the nose, with notes of wood associated with jammed red fruits. In the mouth it is balanced with discreet and soft tannins, resulting in a harmonious, clean and persistent wine.
Total destemming followed by crushing and fermentation for 6 days in vats equipped with a refrigeration system and fermentation temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
