Boasting an opaque, violet hue, this full-bodied Portuguese red offers a highly concentrated and complex nose, dominated by ripe black fruits like plum and a subtle, distinctive earthy touch. On the palate, the wine is incredibly generous (smooth and approachable), featuring excellent volume and well-rounded tannins. It culminates in a remarkably fresh and lingering finish, bursting with black fruit flavours. To refine its bold character, the wine was aged for 16 months in seasoned 225-litre French oak barrels, ensuring a perfect harmony between fruit and structure.
