The Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from olive trees with an average age of 90 years, in the two estates of the Zennier group, Quinta da Teixeira and Quinta do Pessegueiro, Douro Demarcated Region, sub-region of Cima Corgo. The varieties used are Cordovil, Madural and Carrasquenha. The harvest is manual and the extraction of the oil is done by cold and in continuous mode. The aroma is green and floral, and the palate has a strong attack with spicy nuances, finishing soft and persistent.
