This Moscatel Galego Branco offers a remarkably fresh and intense nose, where vibrant floral tones meet bright citrus notes. On the palate, it reveals a rich intensity of crystallised fruit, particularly orange peel, culminating in a long and delicate finish. Comprising approximately 80% Moscatel Galego, the wine was fermented using the ‘Bica Aberta’ (free-run juice) method for 20 days. To maintain its aromatic purity while developing its unique complexity, it was aged for three years in stainless steel vats, resulting in a beautifully balanced and expressive white.
