Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced from the Galega and Cobrançosa varieties from a 12 hectare olive grove in Vila de Frades in the Alentejo. It is a complex, fresh and balanced olive oil, fruity with marked notes of olive leaf green and soft notes of apple, persistent in the mouth, with a nutty finish. Serve at room temperature. Ideal to accompany salads.
