Aromas of ripe wild berries, black plum and violet, integrated with the notes of the barrel where it aged, make up the complex bouquet of this wine. The balance of round tannins gives an elegant ending and extremely persistence. After manual selection of whole bunches, the grapes stalks ferment in a press with mechanical treading at controlled temperature (24 – 28º), followed by the fermentation malolactic. Aged for 9 months in French and American oak.
