Grapes from Old Vineyards. Extended maceration for better extraction of color and tannin aromas. Grapes were trodden in granite presses and fermentation was interrupted with cognac brandy. Wine aged 24 months in old barrels. Deep ruby color. Very dense but at the same time balanced. Notes of figs, black husks and some spices. Very elegant and fresh in the mouth. The balance between fruit and tannins is perfect. Excellent volume in the mouth, complex and with a long and intense finish. Port with an excellent aging potential.
