Classic Port wine vinification process, with prolonged maceration through foot trodding and short alcoholic fermentation in granite lagars, interrupted with the addition of cognac brandy. It is then aged in aged oak barrels. Through a great aromatic character the wine unveils notes of date, walnuts and honey. On the palate the flavours unfold themselves in a distinct manner, maintaining good balance between the sweetness and freshness, with a persistente finish.
