Sátiro (Clandestino) project emerges as a satire to an increasingly ambitious market in terms of wine production processes. It combines two processes separated by centuries. These are wines whose production has a very specific philosophy, which is to bring together ancestral techniques and “knowledge” of wine production in the Alentejo region, inherited from the Romans, allied to new technologies in the wineries.
